With seven plate rolling machines even the largest orders are processed promptly. Usually a 2-3 day turn around on small orders, and 1-2 day turn around on hot jobs. The installation of our newest piece of machinery, a model 34 Bertch Plate Roller, gives us the capability of rolling plate 2 3/4" thick x 10' wide. Bise also has added a CNC 5 torch oxy fuel flame-cutting machine. With this addition, we now not only offer rolling and welding but also we can flame cut your vessels lift eyes, internals, etc.
